About AutoLogger
Mileage, maintenance and expenses for the vehicles you drive for work.
AutoLogger keeps one clean record of every trip, service and expense for each vehicle. It is built for people whose records have to hold up, such as owner-operators, trades, sales reps and small fleets, without turning the job into a spreadsheet.
Who runs it
AutoLogger is made by Udora Technologies, the software division of 9894390 Canada Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario. The same company builds and supports it; there is no outsourced support desk.

What we believe about your records
- They are yours. Export trips, maintenance, expenses and vehicles as CSV whenever you want, including a Zoho Books format for accounting.
- No ads and no advertising identifiers. There is no third-party analytics or tracking pixel on the app.
- Nothing disappears when you stop paying. If a subscription lapses, your records stay readable and exportable; new entries and edits pause until you subscribe.
- Deletion is deliberate. An account you close enters a 30-day recovery window before it is removed, and the in-app flow explains exactly what is removed.
How it is built
The product is a web app that installs to your home screen, with an Android app in preparation. Records live on our server, scoped to your account, and receipts are stored privately rather than at public URLs. Offline access is read-only by design: you can look at your records without a connection, but saving requires one.
