The service

AutoLogger is a vehicle record book for mileage, maintenance and expenses, with CSV and archive export for your accounting workflow. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it does not calculate rates, deductions or reimbursements.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials. Registration is currently limited and may be closed.

Free month and subscriptions

• Free month. New accounts can use the service for one month with no payment details and no automatic charge when it ends.
• Paid plans. After the free month you can explicitly choose a monthly or annual subscription. Reference prices are CA$3.99/month and CA$29.99/year; Google Play shows the price in your local currency.
• No automatic conversion. The free month never turns into a paid subscription by itself.
• Billing and cancellation. Purchases are handled by Google Play. Manage, cancel or restore your subscription in Play; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• If access ends your records stay available to view and export, and new entries or edits are paused. Nothing is deleted automatically.

Your content

The records and receipts you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service, including exports you request. You can export or request deletion at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another customer's records, disrupt the service, or use it to store unlawful material.

Availability and change

We aim to keep the service available and to announce material changes. Offline access is read-only; saves require a connection. Features may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance.

Liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by the law of Ontario, Canada. We are not liable for accounting, tax or reporting decisions made from your records, or for indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time; closure starts a 30-day recovery window. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
